Yes. We start with a health check of your WordPress site, fix anything urgent, then move it onto the plan.
Plans run month to month after a 3-month minimum, so we have time to stabilise your site properly.
We restore from a clean backup and remove the malware. Clean-up is included in Advance and Premium Care.
Web Care keeps your site updated, backed up, secure and fast. SEO work, such as fixing what an audit finds, managing your Google Business Profile and writing articles, is our separate SEO service, so the hours in your Care plan stay for content edits.
